2004 New Year's Eve
2004 New Year's Eve was fun the whole day. In the morning/afternoon my wife, Priya and myself had been to Stanford University, in the afternoon/evening Ramesh, Harsha, Priya and myself had been to Sausalito downtown. In the night all of us, Chitra and Ashok went out for dinner @ a Chinese restaurant. Wishing you all a wonderous and a happy new year !

Stanford University (December 31, 2003)| A look inside Stanford University. One of the best Universities in the nation, Stanford was built in competition on the west coast to the Harvard on the east coast. The university boasts not only of its highly priced degree programs but also of a highly architectural buildings and campus. |

Sausalito Downtown (December 31, 2003)| The last day of 2003 and we planned on going to Sausalito Downtown. Sausalito is a small town about a few miles across the Golden Gate Bridge. It is also a coastal area and at winter times does get realllly brrrrrrr cold. The downtown was fun to walk around and we were able to span te whole downtown in about 30 minutes or so. We were a group of 4 - Ramesh, Harsha, Priya and myself. This downtown looks like the downtown Mountain View on Castro street. For New Years, the streets were lit up with all lights and decorations. In another 8 hours 2003 would have set out and 2004 would be sinking in. Wish you all a very Happy New Year and indeed a prosperous one. |
