Making Memories
These are the first pictures in this album. In our cooking classe today, Zoey and I made Basil Pesto and Pinto beans.

Basil . . lots of it.
Parmesan cheese
Garlic
Pecans is the nut we used
Olive Oil . . . LOTS of it
Salt to taste

Add in the garlic and pecans and pulse again to mix well.

Add olive oil until it spreads just right.  It takes a lot of olive oil . . which is good for you.  One of the good oils.
