Introducing Jackie Lillis Owner/Breeder
Hello and welcome to Dal Cais Rat Terriers. We are located here in Concord California just East of San Francisco. I am a small hobby breeder of AKC Rat Terriers. I live with my husband Martin and two sons. We are one big happy family and our dogs are an intricate part of our daily life. I grew up with large and small breed dogs and had my first Rat Terrier in the mid 1990s. I love this breed for their athleticism and smart loving personalities. A true terrier they love to be active but possess an "off" button and like to snuggle with their humans. Easy to groom and maintain. They are known as the "All American Rat Terrier".
I began showing in AKC Conformation in 2017 and became hooked ! To date I have produced 2 Grand Champions and am currently showing a puppy to her Championship. I have been fortunate to have help from several friends that have been in the breed for many years. I have an excellent group of foundation dogs that continue to delight and surprise me every single day. This is my passion and I am happiest when surrounded by my dogs.
