The members of Springfield Post 176 voted to have an ALR Chapter established at the Post. Meeting all the requirements of the Department of Virginia, American Legion Riders, Jimmy Jones, New Chapter Development, American Legion Riders Department of Virginia and Northern Regional Director Frank Hillyard starts the new chapter and installs the officers. Welcome to this new chapter of the American Legion Riders.
