08 21 2012 Legacy Run - Day 1 Leg 2 (August 21st, 2012)| 1st Day of the Legacy Run - after the stop at Goat Island (Niagra Falls) for a Participant Group Photo, the Riders rode 85 miles for a lunch stop. Lunch was served by The American Legion Post 535 in Salamanca New York. After lunch a short 2 mile ride to refuel. |

08 21 2012 Legacy Run - Day 1 Leg 3 (August 21st, 2012)| After a wonderful lunch at The American Legion Post 535 in Salamanca, New York, the Legacy Run Participants mounted their motorcycles and rode approximately 2 miles to the Seneca Truck Stop for refueling. After a break of some 55minutes we will be off on Leg 4. We now travel another 123 miles to the Flying J Truck Stop in Austinburg, OH. We take approximately one hour to refuel and refresh and off on a 92 mile ride to our dinner stop of the day at Vermillion Post 397 in Vermillion,Ohio. |

08 22 2012 Legacy Run - Day 2 (August 22nd, 2012)| After a great evening meal yesterday at The American Legion Vermillion Post 397 the post members prepared a great breakfast for all the participants in this years Legacy Run. Once fed, the participants gather at Vermillion Post 397 to line up and prepare for an 8am departure. Our first stop will be in 108 miles for gas. |

08 22 2012 Legacy Run - Day 2 Leg 1 (August 22nd, 2012)| After a great breakfast at The American Legion Vermillion Post 397 in Ohio the participants in this years Legacy Run rode 108 miles to the Red Barron Express Truck Stop in Carleton, Michigan for fuel and a rest stop. After approximately one hour we will be off on a 22mile journey to The American Legion Post 396 in Garden City Michigan the Post where the Legion Riders first began. |

08 22 2012 Legacy Run - Day 2 Leg 2 (August 22nd, 2012)| After a rest and refuel stop at the Red Barron Express Truck Stop we saddled up and rode 22 miles to Garden City, Michigan. The streets lined with flags and welcoming citizens we rode to the High School parking lot which was next door to The American Legion Post 396 in Garden City, Michigan, the post where the American Legion Riders started to have a wonderful Barbeque lunch. After an approximate 2 hour stop we will be off to our next destination. |

08 22 2012 Legacy Run - Day 2 Leg 3 (August 22nd, 2012)| After a wonderful lunch prepared and served by the members of The American Legion Post 396 in Garden City, Michigan the home of the first chapter of the Legion Riders we drove 64 miles to Cement City, Michigan and had a two hour rest stop at the Town and Country Sports Center. After our shopping and rest stop here we will ride 29 miles to dinner at The American Legion Post 157 in Quincy, Michigan. |

08 22 2012 Legacy Run - Day 2 Leg 4 (August 22nd, 2012)| After a long break now the short ride, 29 miles to Dinner. Tonight, the American Legion Post 157 in Quincy Michigan is hosting our dinner. After a great dinner, we are on our own to find our way to our respective hotels, most about 6 miles away. Tomorrow morning we will be leaving from the Hotel parking lot. |

At 8am we will start our days journey of 205 miles ending up The American Legion Post 500 in Indianapolis, Indiana where we will form up to ride a lap around the Indy 500 track on our bikes. |
