using nikiml's Python Optimization Scripts.  
Boomlength = 98.6-inches.

Hi-VHF Raw Gain = 9.7 to 12.9 to 10.1 dBi, F/B & F/R Ratio Min. = 20.8 dB (EXCL) and SWR (300-ohms) Under 1.7.
