Corvettes on Mainstreet 2012
| The Corvette 'Sting Ray' was the first American 'Sports Car' that combined the power and styling into a package, later followed by Ford Cobra and much later by the Dodge Viper. Since I did not cover the later we have a Corvette category, albeit small and one example of the "53 - 03" version which does not actually qualify since only its body style resembles the 1953 (very closely). A great machine both in function and styling! |
