Anonymous - Factory 25
One of the more curious aspects of this set is the "anonymous" backed cards. No manufacturer is present - only the factory designations appear.
These cards are present with either Factory 3 (LA) or Factory 25 (VA) as the designation. Further confusing the matter is the distribution across card classes. The Factory 25 designation only appears with Broadleaf-class cards, while Factory 3 appears with both.
The Factory 25 backed cards are difficult enough, being part of the "Broadleaf-class", but even within that subset, they're tough! They rank among the least common of all T207's, accounting for only about 1-2% of the entire population accounted for in a multi-year survey.
