USA 1996 American Fender Strat Plus 40th Anniversary
very clean, made in the USA 1996 American Fender Strat Plus 40th Anniversary Guitar. The components are what make it an excellent sounding guitar. . The body is alder and the neck, which is straight as an arrow, is made of very solid maple. The frets have a lot of meat on them ..they show only the slightest wear in the only first few frets. A great feature of this guitar is the LSR roller nut which makes for very smooth tremolo action, much smoother than the original Stratocaster style nut. Original locking tuners are like new. The color is a nice vintage cream that shows no wear except for a small patch of buckle scratches. The pickups in this guitar have been changed to vintage style Fender USA 57 reissue pickups because I was looking for a more vintage sound. “Aged” plastic covers and knobs. The sticker on the back of the headstock reads 40th Anniversary and the color is opaque- the wood grain cannot be seen. … from a non-smoking environment. Comes with gig bag |
