Trace-Elliot TA70CR
This is a Medium sized combo from Trace Elliot. It features 1x10’ and 2x5" Celestion speakers and is 70Watts solid state. It has a footswitchable reverb and chorus. Two channels both featuring an active/electric switch, gain, bass, treb., notch filter. There is a master volume and also a slider to provide more or less volume b/t channel one and two. The master volume is push/pull and provides a shape that essentialy boosts the bass and treble. On the back it has a 1/4" D.I. and a footswitch jack… this amp has a great acoustic tone, it is full, quiet and loud. Great amp , good condition 100% functional.
Two channels, effects loop, line out, no headphone jack. Second channel works well with vocals or other instruments. The CR in TA60CR is for "chorus" and "reverb". The reverb is warm and natural sounding. The chorus is good too. For pure acoustic tone, I haven’t heard anything better in this price range. |
