Ibanez Destroyer II
vintage Ibanez Destroyer II guitar - Model DT155.
Originally Gibson Explorer copies, this guitar is made of ultra-light basswood and birch as opposed to Korina wood.
Three hot Ibanez "Super 70" humbuckers and the Ibanez floating tremolo bridge make this guitar a monster.
Controls:
-2 volume knobs
-1 tone knob
-3 way pickup selector switch
The 22 fret bolt-on maple neck (with rosewood fingerboard) is well played and is pleasantly broken in.
This instrument is in "very good" condition for its age.
There are a few gashes on the back that someone touched-up.
It was well done, as they perfectly match the black finish.
The trem cavity cover appears to be original, though it has been painted (black) as well.
The jack panel is cracked, but is solid and perfectly functional.
Overall this is a great player's guitar with a lot of attitude!
