Crate G40CXL Guitar Amp
| This Crate G40CXL Amp has 40 watts and is from the early 90s. The amp is covered in special order 'sea foam' green. The amp features two channels, one clean and one grungy, built in chorus and reverb. The power amp is really a biamp or two separate outputs. You casn easily plug this amp into the PA system and the result will be true stereo. Put on the chorus and you will be engulfed by big guitar sound. The preamp also has a separate output for going direct. The two eight inch Celestion G8-35s really scream. This amp can be used from the privacy of a bedroom to a small mid/size club and be right at home. This amp has plenty of power and it's no wonder it was voted amp of the year back in 1990. |
