C. H. Price, Croydon, England

C. H. Price was a photographer from Croydon, England who was basically in the right place at the right time during the early days of commercial aviation in England. The Croydon Aerodrome was the main airport for London and C. H. Price was there and photographed many different airlines flying in and out of London as well as the Croydon Aerodrome itself. His photos are high quality and popular with collectors. I have a decent selection of his cards but there are approximately 120 different ones and I have no where near that number. In my opinion he is the most important photographer to make postcards of the early days of air travel. His cards are numbered in the captions on the front of the cards which is nice for collectors. I have attempted to list the cards in the order they were issued. The various postcard backs I've seen are at the end. For cards that have been mailed and have a readable postmark they are shown next to the card front.
