total rebuild! hickory kitchen before build back is started. All sheetrock and insulation is removed and replaced with new.

water damage on shower wall, the owner thought it was just a loose tile and tried to fix it.. oops!!

after repair, removed all tile, replaced sheetrock with green board and put hardi-backer over the rock then tiled, should last forever!
