Harry S. Merritt Studio Jewelry
Harry S. Merritt (1941-2008)was a metal artist, goldsmith, author and owner of several art galleries in Rochester and Fairport NY during the mid 1980's. I have found little information about his and absolutely none of his jewelry piece for sale, or having sold previous, on line. If you have any info at all, I would appreciate it.

14k, diamonds and carved tourmaline

The ring was hard to measure due to the rounded square shape of the inside. My daughter-in-law wears a size 5 and the ring fit her perfectly alone and was a bit snug with the guard in, so I would guess the guard is a size 4 1/2. The dog head measures approx. 1/2" tall and 1/2" wide. The weight of the two rings is approx. 28 grams (19 and 9 grams).
