INJURED MARINE GOLF BENEFIT, 6TH ANNUAL
The organizers and volunteers of a successful, sell out golf benefit in Costa Mesa, CA raised $30,000 for the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization where all donations are tax deductible.
Fred Arnold, former Captain, U.S. Marine Corps, and Karen Arnold organized the tournament, and wish to thank and acknowledge volunteers, contributors and local citizens for supporting this 6th annual event.
Participants included Sabatino's Sausage Company for providing the food at the golf course, and Cafe International who catered the food at the American Legion for the post tourney event.
The School of Infantry provided the Color Guard and 1st Battalion, 5th Marines provided the Static Display. Sergeant Major Jesse Acosta was a guest speaker. Wendy Lethin, co-founder of the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, also spoke. Music by by The Sharks band.
