Newborns
Welcome to the Mash 4077 unit ... stateside.  My Dad gave me my love of dogs, genetically and environmentally.  So, I decided to name these guys after one of Dad's favorite TV shows .... MASH.

These boys were born on Sunday, August 30, 2009.  They are delightful.  A couple of them gave momma Amber (and me) a hard time entering the world, but are now just as sweet as they can be ... well most of the time when they're getting their way.

September 2, 2009 .. The boys had their tails docked and dew claws removed today. I think Amber was much more upset than them.  But all are back in the box and happy.  They start the Super Dog (Early Neurological Stimulation) program tonight.  That will be fun.

Meet Hawkeye.  As Hawkeye Pierce was on MASH from the beginning, this Hawkeye was the first of the litter.

Now let me introduce Radar.  At birth, he was the smallest of the boys.

He weighed in at 4.4 ounces.  But he is growing fast.

His color is very close to his momma's color.  Wonder what that face will mature to look like?

He has lots of sabling.

Lots of white on this boy.

And now please meet BJ.  BJ was the third boy born.  He had a very rough entry into the world, but is doing great now.

He weighed 5.1 ounces at birth, and is growing well.

His right and left sides are marked quite differently ... change of scenery.

His two sides blend together well on top.

Another one with mostly white on his underside.

Such a sweet boy ... as long as he gets his way.

The last born was Trapper.  His pictures are quite blurry because he is never still.

He weighed in at 5.6 ounces at birth, the largest in the litter.

He refused to stay still ... and he gave me a growl or two to let me know he was unhappy being away from his mom and brothers.

He has his mother's beautiful color.

Even though he's hiding it ... yep another boy.

He sure looks sweet ... or are those horns coming out of his head?

They are beautiful.  Can't wait to see and hold them.  That is if Amber will let me.

Please give Amber my love. She probably needs a lot of sugars right now. Her babies are beautiful. Tell her Aunt Toni sends her
love.
