12 The main deck off of the dining room is 16 x 12 feet.

14 The main deck has stairs down to the lower deck, which is approx. 18 x 21 feet.
15 There's a hot tub, but it was noted "as is," so very likely it's non operational.

27 This is the strange deck off of the back of the garage. It seems to have been used for an aviary. The deck itself is 18 x 15-1/2, plenty big enough for a storage building.
28 Another big boulder down near the bottom of the property. The total lot is 3.2 acres, much of which is on a very steep slope and not usable for much of anything except exploring.
