2 FOLDERS Scouts seem interested. Waiting to hear on the availability of the Obstacle Area. 14919 KENNEDY ROAD. OUTSIDE OF ZONE They are fairly busy that week but seem to think if we restrict ourseleves to the Great Oak Camp site it should be possible. They will not allow any sparks on site. They are double checking on the use of blanks. Accessable with cube trucks, package truck would not make it to the camp area.
TO BE CONFIRMED Conservation Area just confirming area is not booked during that time frame. They will try and let me know by tomorrow. Area right next to the river, also has a stone bridge. Other unit may have some vehicles parked in the adjacent area during our filming time.
