Have not been quoted a price on this location; could be pricey. also would have to most likely buy parking at Yonge/college. I spoke with a manager who has filmed here; he feels it would be problematic filming here during the day-much better to do an over nighter or on the weekend. (I don't think I have ever seen a film unit in here during the day)
Apparently 2nd floor event space is available on Friday. location is a bit noisy, working hotel so limited access for load in and staging. Parking is also extremely limited. But, hey, it is a good looking location.
