- Pics 1-8 is the official salad making area. This is a stainless steel counter on the back wall facing covered windows. It is not moveable.

- Pics 9-13 and pics 14-22 the reverse from the other side. This is not the salad area, however, it does have areas to keep ingredients with several shelves above. You can see through to the other side. This unit is on wheels and is movable.

- Pics 22-27 is the salad storage area and is also movable.

- Pics 28-32 is a stainless steel counter top with storage underneath. This is moveable.
