AConte Collection - Graded Collection Most of my graded card favorites as it stands today.
I'm not adding much these days as I'm on a break from the hobby! There are great cards from my youth and many with a neat history! Great memories and fun for my enjoyment and anyone looking. When I can, I love adding cards with provenance!
Hope you get to browse and enjoy the cards below. Thanks! |

AConte Collection - NonGraded Collection Recently, I decided to spend more time enjoying my cards and pass on grading!
I don't want to wait six months or longer to get my cards back in holders with ridiculous baggies, inaccurate grading, scratched holders, or mislabeled slips.
Hope you enjoy these non-graded gems like me. Advanced collector taking charge! |

AConte Collection - Red Man Baseball Even though I sold most of my remaining red man sets and cards, I do still happen to have some great 1950's red man tobacco baseball cards and memorabilia. Included in my little collection are some interesting items that I have picked up along the way.
I have two from "Shoeless" Joe Yanello. A number of different autographed red man cards are from baseball card shows or through the mail. These were obtained by me or Dick "mrredman" Cianciotto. The red man caps that were orginally obtained from sending in fifty of the bottom tabs with an order form. My caps are also from Mrredman who acquired these over the years while collecting red man memorabilia. I have the Phillies and Pirates.
Four red man cards were from my dad during the 1970's at a New Hope, PA flea market in Peddler's Village. Never got rid or lost them but I do need to recover a 1952 red man Yogi Berra.
The signature cut cards were made by Doran Connell from the CU message boards.
Three other raw red man cards I picked up in 2012 from Conte's Card Castle in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Owner, Anthony Conte, was extremely helpful and had a fair amount of vintage cards in his brick and mortar store. Cool name and so close to home too!
Jay Wolt added to my red man baseball card memories with the autographed Monte Irvin December 2024 Christmas gift! Read the story below!
Thanks for looking! Red mans rock! |
