R-Vision Trail Lite Water Damage
Unknown leak most likely from right front corner of roof.
The water just layed in the bag and rotted the floor until the top layer cracked and the customer noticed the floor sagging.

Pretty hard to see, but the floor is soft and bowed downward.

We put this trailer off to the side of the normal work area as it may be here a while.

The slide is half in and out, then tilted allowing us the remove the floor under the rollers.  The slide base is one piece.  You would have to remove the slide just to get the base plate off.  Kind of unusual.

This is the front header / sill plate.  On the left side of the picture, you're looking at the cardboard that's glued to the studs and then the fibre glass is glued to the cardboard.  As you can imagine it doesn't take much water before the front wall pulls loose.

The dark board is the center board where the bow was, turned upside down so that you are looking at the bottom of the "sandwich"  As you can see it's covered in mold.
