"The Expanded Metal Has Over 1,000 Welds Holding It In Place And Everyone Is Stainless.. I Engineered It That Way, Because Cheap Doesn't Hold!"

"The Fenders Were Made From 14Ga. Steel Diamond Plate. They Were Custom Made For This Trailer And Took A Total Of 18 Seperate Pieces To Fabricate... And A Few Four-Letter Words!"

"The Wheels And Tires Are The Same As The Ones On The Rubicon And Mounted To An Axle Rated At 3,500 Pounds... Wayne Must Have Heavy Camping Gear!?"

"You Did Notice The Side Bars On Both Sides Of The Fenders? They Should Protect The Fenders And Lights While Off-Road!"

"The Tail Gate Hardware Is Stainless.. Notice The Cable Keeper!"

2"X3"X.120" Tubing And Was Fabricated With 25 Seperate Parts Not Counting the $4 A Piece Stainless 1/2" Bolts! The Four Gate Hinges are 316 Grade Stainless With Matching Button Head Bolts."

"The Bars Below The Top Rail Are Tie-Down Points, Often Missed On Most Trailers. They Were Made Using Solid 5/8" Stainless Bar."

"Because The Spare Tire On The Rubicon Is The Same As The Trailer's, The Front Space Holds Two 20# Propane Tanks! Yes, the Mount For The Tanks Is Also Stainless."

The Jack-Wheel Is 1/2" Away! The Nose Of The Trailer Was Designed To Be As Short As Possible."

"The Jack-Wheel Folds Both In The Up And Down Position. And Uses A Pin To Adjust Height. The Caster Is Prevented From Making Noise By Resting Against A Pad Of UHMW Mounted To The Frame. The Unit Is Stainless Also."

The Only Wire You'll See On The Trailer Is The Curly Cord By Blue Ox! Wires Run Inside Frame To Lights."

"The Blue Ox Wire Locks In Place At Both Ends And Can Be Totally Removed. The Safety Cables Are Coiled And Rated Class III. No Noise On This Trailer... It Runs Silent!"

"No Hitch Ball!!
The Off-Road Hitch Will Allow The Trailer Greater Movement In All Directions! Two Limits Were Added To Prevent The Trailer From Flipping Upside Down, And Another To Prevent Hitting The Jeep On A Turn Better Than 90 Degrees."
