So, I got a guinea pig last week, an albino I named Albus, and from the start I knew I wanted a bigger home for him. Yes, I am guilty of buying one of those pet store cages, but that is fast going to change. Soon as I get money to do it, I'm getting a C&C cage for him. And I'm excited to do it too. As an artist, the ideas and possibilities are exciting and I can't wait to put them to use to build a great home for Albie, and a future buddy. I love this site! My daughter has been begging for guinea pigs for her 9th birthday and I wasn't convinced until I found all the great info on this site and the pictures of cages, etc. Thank you to everyone who's added to the site! Hi I'm Katelyn. I'm fifteen and last August I got two male guinea pigs (Midnight and Nutty). I want to build a grid cage but for the bottem keep the litter pan I have now. I want to have atleast two stories. The cage I have is kinda small for my piggies and I have a large wood hidey house, two food bowls, two water bottles, and toys. I don't know the exact measurements of the cage.
