WE BREED FOR GOOD MINDS AND CONFORMATION. GOOD MINDS ARE A MUST FOR TRAINABILITY AND GOOD CONFORMATION FOR PHYSICAL AGILITY AND STAMINA. OUR DOGS ARE PART OF THE FAMILY AND LIVE WITH US INSIDE AND OUT, ON OUR TEN ACRES. WE BREED FOR HEALTH, TEMPERMENT, STRONG PREY DRIVE AND TO OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE BREED STANDARD. WE ALSO OFA FOR CARDIAC,HIPS,PATELLA AND PLL. OUR DOGS HUNT DAILY AND WE ALSO SHOW THEM IN UKC CONFORMATION CLASSES. WE WILL SOON BE REGISTERING OUR DOGS AKC AS WELL. PLEASE REMEMBER` IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE RAT TERRIER BREED- ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS, DO YOUR RESEARCH AND MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU CAN NOT SEE THE DOG/PUP IN PERSON- ASK THE BREEDER TO SEND SEVERAL STACKED PICTURES OF THE DOG SO YOU CAN SEE THEM FROM ALL SIDES. THIS WILL HELP YOU SEE PROPER OR POOR CONFORMATION. GOOD CONFORMATION IS NOT JUST FOR THE SHOW RING. IT IS TO ENSURE YOUR DOG/PUPPY HAS A LONG , HEALTHY HAPPY LIFE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO BUY TESTED DOGS. THEY DON'T COST ANYMORE AND YOU WILL BE ENSURING THE HEALTH AND FUTURE OF THIS WONDERFUL BREED. 2. PLANNED BREEDING~2009 (November, 2009)

Sorry to those who were hoping for a Sterling/ Fannie puppy. It wasn't possible to make this breeding come to fruition.
However....Diane and I are pleased to announce a Rock/ Fannie litter.
This breeding should produced some nice standard size pups with beautiful heads, strong erect ears and good angles with temperments to die for.
Fannie and Rock are both very stable dogs with quiet confidence.

3. BRINKLEY RAT TERRIERS (February 11, 2006)

We are very blessed and fortunate to live in the Central Coast area of California in the city of Hollister.
We aquired our first Rat Terrrier from Desert High Rat Terriers in December 04
She is our Desert High's Annies Fannie.
We were so thrilled with Fannie we went looking for her a companion and mate. That's when we found and brought home to love....RPK's Baileys Irish Cream from Rat Pack Kennels.
We are a small breeder who's plan is to produce 1 maybe 2 quality litters a year.
We will strive to breed for excellent temperment, conformation, health and prey drive.
Our dogs are UKC registerd Type A Standards.
OFA tested for Patella, Hips, Cardiac and PLL.

FYI~ ALL BREEDING STOCK WITH BE TESTED FOR PLL WITHIN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS
