I took these pictures June '05 when home visiting. They are of my childhood and some wonderful memories. Years have passed and all has gotton older and run down. But I remember it as a wonderful wonderful place to grow up !!!! I couldn't have asked for better :)

9 Old store front at bottom of Providence rd. Taftville,CT I once went rollerskating on 2nd floor. Now on the bottom the largest catalogue store for Birkenstock shoes. Can buy returns there for a great price too!!

13 You can't see it now, but this was once a butcher shop that had the BEST fresh meat you could buy. I would walk here to get Mama some meat..
