Home from meet the breed at the show in Springfield, MA - 8/26/12 :)
I must say the AKC and show staff where awesome. Gave us a nice select spot up in front of their desk in the middle of the show where we had tons of people who could see our breed, including judges.
Had lots of traffic and questions about the breed from everyone. Handed out many info packs and breed standards to people as well as judges.
They were very impressed with the AHT's Very outgoing attitude and I was told she (Zarra) was a perfect ambassador for her breed!!
They loved the bold outgoing nature and friendly attitude, as you saw from her many photos of her being held and kissing kids:).
I think it went great and I had a good time as did the dogs.
I want to say thank you to my good friend Joyce and her boyfriend Dan for all there help in setting up and keeping me company:)
Thanks to Tracey and Darin who were in the area and dropped in to say hi to us at our Meet the Breed.
And Thank You again to all the AHT breeders who allowed me to use their beautiful AHT's for the display pictures:))).
