I don't even know who sent me this link to you all but I love the photos!!  We have a 6 year old male Rat Terrier named Gomez.  We got him as a rescue dog.  He was found loose on the street in south Indianapolis, not neutered, injured and very thin.  He was well trained and is truly the smartest animal I have ever known. I cannot imagine how/why someone let him go.  He was with a foster family before we got him and they gave him his name.   Is is possible for them (the dogs) to know exactly what you are saying to them always?  It is amazing.  What a great animal.  We call him our cat-dog as he spends hours grooming himself every day!
