Foal # 6 is sired by Hot Chocolate Hunter and will be the first foal for Holly Mae Palomino Leopard mare .

We won’t know 2024 prices until they arrive .
25 % deposit holds foal until weaning , foal must be paid in full before foal leaves.
Foals are weaned at 4 months of age. First vaccination , deworming ( starting at age 2 weeks) hoof trimming included .
We have a reliable horse hauler that we have used for numerous years and can ship coast to coast.

Diva was used by a friend of mine all summer to give lessons, trail ride , walk trot games by a 10 year old girl . She is quiet and good for the farrier , loads and backs off a trailer easily. Current on all cares including dental. More whoa then go . Does leads when asked but usually lands them on her own.
Previous to my ownership she was rode english and western . Schooled over fences 2’-2’3” .

Colors of Elk County ride 2023 (October 15, 2023)What a grand day with a few bumbles along the way but that’s what makes memorable days.
We planned on leaving at 7 but I was running a little behind because my morning chores included a broken water hose, a down fence , a loose heifer and trying to hurry in the rain and the dark. Started out and got a couple of miles , looked behind and no Zane Grabow, no Ray Auman .. uh oh , turns out Ray forgot his helmets and turned for home , so we turned around and went back to the house so we had cell service to call him and tell him to hey come back we have extra helmets - He was at yorks corners and we waited for him got on the road again. Go a few miles and the rear view mirror was empty again. turn around and find out Zane had a door come open. And away we go .. again.. Got down on 872 and we lost them , turned around, I’m glad Tom is so good at backing up and turning a truck and trailer around and found out Rays buggy had come loose. Okie dokie . On the road again .. Get on 255 and lost them again Ray had broke a tie down strap . Believe it or not we did make it to our destination , just a little entertainment along the way . Signed in and hit the trails . The views and the trails were great . Stopped for lunch along the trail and Tom grilled up hamburgers .. but we somehow had forgot the spatula and the silverware …Zane and Melody brought macaroni salad and forgot the silverware. Don’t worry we managed to figure out a way to eat lol.
42 miles of mostly trails and a lot of beautiful views , plenty of mud and no dust . Fun fun fun .. and the day went by too quickly and before we knew it we were loading up to go home .. but wait we weren’t done yet .. Tom noticed a Chevy truck unsuccessfully trying to pull a stuck Dodge truck & trailer ( his 4 wheel drive quit working )out of the parking area so Zane got to save the day by hooking on and pulling the truck and trailer out . What a fun , crazy trip and we loved it . Y’all missed out on an awesome day 😉 |
