Imperial Russian Dragoon's weapons
This pic shows an original 1904 mfg Dragoon rifle w/an 1886 Dragoon sabre dated 1911, the scabbard has 2 rings & a small cup in which the rifle bayonet is stored, this is a strange arrangement as at this time most cavalry did not use rifles that took bayonets as they were armed w/a sabre, as far as I have found the Russians were the only ones that issued a sabre & a bayonet to their dragoons.
