Avaiable for sale/trade Here is a Romanian mfg 91/30 copy. These rifles are very similiar to the late/post war Soviet guns. All I have seen have been dated in the early-mid 50's. Most seem to have 2 piece stocks which appear to be M44's with forends spliced on.

Right view Note the stock which has the cutout on the side for the bayonet m44 style & the distinctive splice on the forend. Also the open front sight rather than the globe of the Soviet pattern, although the base is grooved for some type of sight hood which at this time is unk to me.
Markings on top of buttstock These marks on stamped on top of the stock in front of the upper buttplate screw.

Triangle marking on right butt
Additional marks near sling slot One appears to be a 9 in a diamond & the other is a C

Romanian markings 1955 dated, triangle w/arrowhead marking which is very similiar to the Soviet Ishevsk symbol except the Romanian marking is an arrowhead in the triangle, the Soviet markings is a full arrow in the triangle. Most small parts of this rifle are also stamped w/the arrowhead in a triangle mark. Also note the marking RPR, which stands for "Romanian Peoples Republic" which was in use from 1952-1965, from 1965-1989 it was known as the RSR "Romanian Socialist Republic"

Marking in left buttstock Another stamping of an arrowhead in a triangle on the left butt. This is a different marking than the triangle on the right butt & the one on top of the butt, but is the same as the stampings in the metal parts.
