Weirton Steel Corp.

Most images are old postcards of Weirton Steel Company and the area. This company provided my employment for 36 years. Two years after I retired - the "Company" went into Chapter 11. I knew they couldn't make it without me! (JK)

This is an old one. This is actually a 'shot' of the old 10" & 16" Hot Mill end of the Strip Steel area of WSX. No railyards yet, and no Cold Mill Bldg. Looks like a farm or house, right center, where the 54" Machine Shop Bldg. now stands.
