- They own all three spaces.
- The Green Building is approx 10,000 sq ft (interior & exterior)
- The interior space can be completely emptied (curtains, chandeliers, bars, etc)
- The Gallery will be completed in the next month
- 501 Union will be an event space and members only bar/cafe/workspace
- Weekends could be tough schedule wise
