This is a menu place: The greenish room costs $15K per day. The hallway between it and the modern/sleek bar is 10K p/day. Will need to further discuss the prices once you select areas you like. The All wood dining room is not in service in August. So shooting there is easiest in August. They have had plenty of filming and are suer easy going. The bar in the greenish room is removable but leaves a circular mark on the floor.
The outside courtyard is operated by the Palace hotel and clearance needs to be given by them. Chems was under the impression it wouldn't be an issue. I'll call the palace am to confirm.
Palace Hotel - there is scaffolding along the outside of the building in the plaza area. They won't allow us to place equipment there as the scaffolding is taking up a lot of the space.
