There is scaffolding and the entrance is under construction at the moment. Can't hear noise in the parts I scouted. - 143rd St entrance is for a community center. - 142nd St side on the 1st and 2nd floor is available for filming. - If interested, Arthur will submit a permit request with all of our details, prep/wrap times, filming times, detailed LOI required for permit approval process. They are available for 605 dates. - Elevator and stairs access to 2nd floor (and higher floors if interested). I only scouted basement/street level/1st floor and 2nd floor. K.
