This building has a good exterior. The buzzer is great. Nice mosaic tiles on the floor too. The fire escape is accessed from an apartment, so I could not see it today, but can investigate more if interested. The air shaft is pictured here. Good period block too.

This building is managed by Matel, but has a few different family members that own it and live around the country, so may take time for full clearance.

This building has a wider foyer with old doors and a different lobby hallway configuration that may be good. The stairwell has a more open banister shot and the halls are long upstairs. the fire escape is accessed from an apartment. It is just a few doors down from 206.
