Great stairwell and halls. Fire escapes were facing the back but no backyard access, only through a storefront, which seemed less than ideal. And there was a modern building across the way.

Misrahi is very film friendly, The available apartment here is very small and this building does not have a back fire escape. It lets out onto the street behind. Other apartments could be available though.
