We have two options for a location rental.
$500 per hour when we are closed.
$850 per hour when we would normally be open.
We do not book Friday or Saturday and no shooting is allowed while customers are present.
There is a 4 hour minimum rental and the rates are non-negotiable.
We need to have a copy of the insurance with the bar (The Gutter Bar LLC) listed as additionally insured.
Half of the fee is due as a deposit (non-refundable) and the other half is due on the shoot date prior to entering the space.
The price covers the lanes, the bar and the spare room. |
