NOTES:
1. Have cleared the space before for filming. 2. Cleared for smoking. 3. Space tends to feel a little on the darker side even though it has a large glass garage door on the front. 4. December the 4th need to be hard out by 4PM. No issues on the 1st-3rd. 5. Need to keep the back hallway clear for kitchen crew. 6. Need advanced warning if we are going to take a full day rental - cannot accommodate us on the night of the Dec 4th. 7. 1/2 Day rate will be about 3K-4K - full day 10K.
