1. Dave contacted the landlord on our behalf and we’re watiting to hear back from him. 2. The landlords son Denny lives on the 4th floor. 3. Mini Jake hosts music classes on Thursday afternoons so there are a lot of kids in and out of the building. 4. Bjorn is very interested in the prospect of use filing at his 4th floor apartment.
