1. Club is closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. 2. December the 3rd and December the 9th are available but Laura is concerned that on the 9th they will not have enough time to fully clean the club before our arrival in the morning - I told her production would be fine as long as the garbage had been cleared, but there is a chance that the floors won't be mopped on the 9th. 4. Made her an offer between 5K-8K which she said was fine. 5. Cleared for smoking and hazers.
