Front Room 24ft by 50ft Back Room 45ft by 100ft Is open to filming. Pricing is $20,000 until 5pm and $2500.00 per hour after that with a hard out at 9pm. Everything must be clear they have a huge party at 10pm. Location would clear all of the halloween decorations for our filming and put back up.
