magnet info
I get the magnets from www.magnetvalley.com

They have sales a couple times per year where they have free shipping.

what is needed
Printed photos on 4x6" photo paper. On the bottom and left side you can see the border that I can't get rid of.

The 4x6" magnet

corner cutter, scissors, emery board and Sharpie

Also use a rag to wipe magnet dust off the edges (not pictured).

Cut excess photo paper off photo
I do this so I can save magnets to use on other projects, like on the back of a small picture frame.

The excess photo paper is tossed.

Ready to round the corners
I like to round the corners. I think it looks more professional and less prone for the corner of the photo to separate from the magnet.

ready to wipe edges with a rag
this gets the magnet dust off the photo. I also use my fingernail along the back of the magnet to help get rid of a rough edge.

the edge is ready for a Sharpie
You can see the white of the photo on the edge between the photo and the magnet. If I run a Sharpie around the edge, it looks more finished.
