I joined 4-H in Ohio when I was about 11 or 12 yrs old. I had a quarter horse, Angel, and started showing her in 4-H in Showmanship, Western Pleasure and Equitation classes. We also ran some contest events and had a great time growing up together.
Anyhow, the first year I joined 4-H, I decided that I also wanted to enter the cake decorating competition. I took 1 cake decorating class, decorated my first cake and entered the fair. I won 1st place and couldn't believe it!
In the many years since then, I've decorated many cakes, for family, friends, co-workers and "clients". Here is a small collection of some of the cakes that I've done. Most of the pictures that I have were not in digital format, so they're not in the best focus.
