Tenafly preserve  Verbally cleared but contact, DEB needs more info and is interested in working with us Jonny has contact info Private sector property, no time crunch for online/ portal township permits and applications they seemed like they could use a few bucks and want our donation Day camps there during summer- still very quiet very sleepy Hiking trails 400 acres with a few areas adjacent to trails that could work Summer camp Vibes Did not scout the whole enchalada because so vast, but location is basically one big trail w several areas adjacent (camp bones) and one pond (pictured) 7 Visits 67 Items Shared Album 2. overpeck park  Teneack NJ - 10 min west of our Northern jersey sweet spot 45 min from midtown Production friendly -Big parking lot for parking/control truck *Interior options maybe inside the amp theatre? Couldnt get access but saw interior options that were locked NOT CLEARED JUST YET Controlled by Bergen County Not sure we can own control like we can inside palisade park areas i scouted last week- will inquire No grasp of pricing yet, will get answers area by ampithetre seems like the bullseye soccer and baseball fields could work too Awaiting word from their poeple as it goes up their flagpole initial pitch made and went well Lots of quiet areas inside huge park 8 Visits 62 Items Shared Album
