Tom handles all of their events, he's basically from a pr firm that they hire. Fee would be $10,500 for one day for approximately 20 spots. $2k of that fee goes to their lawyer who drafts up their location contract. He wasn't sure if Champion signs ours as well. |

Fee is $2k per every section between the pillars, which is about 12 parking spaces. That's for 12hrs, whether we're there for the whole time or not. After 12hrs it's $300/hr.
The section furthest south (around E 20th) is the monthly parking. It's available, but they don't have any control over the cars. It also has more bird droppings than any other section of the lot. |

Is 2 lots, spread out on Church/6th Ave b/t Franklin and White Sts. Both are available, but Dom says the one between Franklin and White is preferable because it's bisected by the attendant booth, so one side can be completely controlled, as opposed to the lot on White St where, unless we buy out the whole thing, will have to very little space to work with while they're operating. Fee varies from project to project. |
