"This is cross design 355. As the cross is a pendant, and double-sided, there is precious little room for the signature, but unlike some of the other smaller double-sided pendants, this one is usually signed MIRACLE and BRITAIN at the end of the cross. Because pendant cross 355 was double-sided, the colourways have double names: (i) Multi/Ruby (ii) Turquoise/Amethyst (yours) (iii) Brown c/Emerald (I have one of these) (iv) Quartz/Olivine So in this particular instance, the lovely deep purple glass square mosaic inlays are representing amethyst.
