Jones Witcher's Sister graduated class of 64 Edit
"Virginia “Ginger” Lynn Witcher Rawlins was born June 17, 1947, in Memphis, Tenn., to Jones E. and Geraldine Freeman Witcher, and passed away on May 26, 2012, in Plano, Texas. She worked for the USPS for 30 years; many of those years were spent as postmaster of several Texas Panhandle towns. She grew up with a love for horses and being on the ranch, where she developed a lifelong appreciation of the West Texas climate and Panhandle landscape. She was a master gardener, enjoyed genealogy and researching family histories for friends. She loved long drives on weekends, road trips, hiking and exploring new areas. She is survived by her three children, Kathryn Rawlins Treece, Harry Erle Rawlins IV and Victoria Rawlins Sweet; grandson, Tanner Sweet; two brothers, Alan Witcher and Jones Witcher; niece, Beverly Witcher Aycock; and nephews, David Witcher and Brian Witcher. She was a loving mother, caring grandmother, loyal friend, and beloved by her family. She will always be remembered and greatly missed. A private inurnment will be held at Llano Cemetery, next to her mother and father in Amarillo, Texas. Amarillo Globe-News, June 29, 2012" --admin, 06/30/12
