Neo-Traditional that offers some good sight-lines from their old shed. They are willing to have us tear down or remove the old shed in order for us to erect an old carriage garage. Maybe it's referenced in the story as the old garage that they haven't gotten around to getting rid of. Great windows on the back of the house. Master bedroom is on the back of the house and same side as the shed. The newly constructed carriage house holds three cars. And they have one room in the main house that could double for the top of a carriage house. The one hitch is the stucco on the back of the house. Maybe we can skin some siding on it. Just a thought. |
